Course Description
DMSVTD 500 | Reproductive Organs & Vasculature Total: 40 Hours | E-Lecture: 12 Hours | E-Lab: 12 Hours | On Site Lab: 16 Hours This course provides comprehensive training in the ultrasound assessment of both male and female reproductive organs and their vascular structures. Students will learn to identify normal anatomy, monitor physiological changes, and detect common conditions such as fibroids, ovarian cysts, varicoceles, and inflammation. The curriculum emphasizes the clinical value of ultrasound in reproductive health, fertility evaluation, and early detection of pathology. Hands-on scanning and case-based learning support the development of technical proficiency and a whole-person, patient-centered approach to care.
