EXT 500 | Externship V 160 Clinical Hours In this phase of the externship, students will transition to clinical settings to gain real-world experience under the supervision of certified ultrasound technologists and medical professionals. Students will apply their knowledge and skills in conducting ultrasound examinations, interacting with patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive diagnostic services. These clinical externship rotations provide students with opportunities to further refine their skills, expand their clinical knowledge, and gain exposure to a variety of patient populations and clinical scenarios. Students will actively participate in patient care, case discussions, and interdisciplinary collaborations to enhance their clinical competency and readiness for professional practice.
