Service Description
This module teaches students effective communication skills for the healthcare workplace, including telephone etiquette and professional interpersonal interactions. Students will learn how to communicate professionally with colleagues, patients, and healthcare providers over the phone, ensuring clarity and accuracy in relaying information. Additionally, the module covers key non-verbal communication techniques, such as proper handshaking, maintaining eye contact, and professional body language, to build trust and convey confidence in all workplace interactions.
