DMSVTD 580 | Introduction to Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Pediatrics & Infants Total: 20 Hours | E-Lecture: 8 Hours | E-Lab: 8 Hours | On Site Lab: 4 Hours This course introduces musculoskeletal ultrasound in pediatric and infant populations, emphasizing developmental anatomy and the sonographic appearance of common conditions such as developmental dysplasia of the hip and pediatric soft tissue abnormalities. Students explore how growth and tissue composition influence imaging findings through lecture and case-based learning.
